What devices does PearList support?
PearList runs on Android and iOS. Everyone in a household group can be on either platform and their lists stay in sync.
How do I share lists with my household?
On one device, open the menu and create an invite, then share the link or QR code with the people you want to add. They scan the code or open the link to join the group. From then on everyone sees and edits the same lists.
Do all our phones need to be online at the same time?
You can always view and edit your lists offline. Changes sync whenever two members' devices are online at the same time, whether on the same Wi-Fi network or anywhere on the internet. There is no server holding a master copy, so the lists catch up device to device.
Can I use a list as a chore board?
Yes. Assign an item to a person and the list doubles as a shared chore board. Assignments sync to everyone in the group like any other change.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your lists live on the other members' devices too, so the group keeps working. Install PearList on a new device and rejoin the group with a fresh invite to sync everything back.
